As a citizen of Bangladesh, I am a proud Bengali. We fought for our mother language, our

independence, our freedom. I live in a country where one can see the beauty of six

seasons, soothing nature, an overwhelmed peace and the silence of a solitary moon. I feel

the freedom of a bird, and I live with love. When I selected these poems, these attributes got

priority. I hope the ku that I selected for this month will be appreciated by all. I believe that it will bring a new aura, will make all the poets more connected and will enhance the interaction

among each other as well.

Thank you all.

Kamrun Nahar

I love this haiku - the drop down line at the end is so beautiful.

Thanks a lot, Joanna. I'm happy you noticed the intentional L 4 to give the reader the mind-space to see the night and then all the stars, after nonstop rains from cloudy dark clouds throughout the day. Really happy the intention behind the four lines worked for you.
