Liminal Haiku

Some haiku do more than place the reader in a moment; they stir something—humor, tenderness, unease, recognition. They pay close attention to the everyday and trust small details to do the work. Nothing is pushed or explained; instead, each poem leaves a little room for the reader to step in and meet it halfway. This set of haiku, drawn from various editions of haikuKATHA, are ones I’ve enjoyed and returned to—and I hope readers find as much pleasure in them as I did.

The way the words are constructed to make an impact is impressive! There is so much room for interpretations too in this haiku. Nice share! Thank you, Namrata and Mahua!
