skipping stones across a thought ellipsis

Albert Camus said, “In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.” All of us have a favourite season, and summer has always been mine. With this month’s spotlight, I wanted to capture the essence of summer in all its glory (early, mid, late), however fleetingly. Skip some stones, chase a firefly, leisurely sip coconut water, or bite into a melon. I hope you enjoy dipping your toes in the river of haiku or stop by to become one with the quintessentially blue, blue skies.

Thank you all.

A wonderful monostich!

re:

skipping stones across a thought

Just that was enough, though it was fun to bring in the ellipsis, yet this time as a 'word' and not as an ommision of a word or words. 😎

i.e.

skipping stones across a thought ellipsis . . .
