The Way
Plodding ever upward. Steep, narrow and winding, a footpath worn in stone. A
single scraggly bloom ekes out life in a barren crevice. Beyond the edge, a flotilla of clouds stretches across an endless blue sky. I ponder my place in it all. In the footsteps of those gone before, I seek what they sought.
