Hello readers,
There are moments of surprise in the poems hidden in between the time and space that breathes and echoes a voice of the universe. Unlock the door to the poem that stirs to startle you for a minute. Walk through them. Question the perception and resonate that with your experience. What makes you pause?
This month is going to be very interesting. Watch out for this space, every alternate day! Thank you, Lakshmi. We are waiting to see the month unfold. _()_
Congrats! Good selection, Lakshmi.
The highlight of the poem is the arrangement of words in each line and that what makes this poem so special. Well done and so much to learn each time.
Thank you, Lakshmi, Teji and Kala for sharing my senryu.
This one holds a special place for me. The therapeutic relationship is a special one and maintaining clear boundaries is vitally important in order to establish trust and build relationship. Sometimes the sharing of personal information is necessary and even therapeutic in the therapist/client relationship, but that is not what this senryu is really about. While in the waiting room of what was to be my new therapists office, the therapist’s secretary disclosed personal info to me about their relationship status. At the time, I was studying to be a therapist, so it was a great life lesson for me. While it was jarring and inappropriate, I also found humour…
Beautiful...so much to tell in a few words.
A beautiful ku highlighting that psychiatrists are human too. The boundaries are blurred and the roles can be reversed.
