I noticed Dahlia in the markets today. Sure enough they are winter flowers in India.

Green Peas is another winter reap. I remember we used to peal Kgs of them in Winter and store them in refrigerator for later use. The taste of fresh peas against dry soaked peas is like day and night. Fresh peas are unbeatable.
