Sirish tree's fragrant flowers start blooming in Feb and continue till May. Would it be a spring kigo or summer?

"Ugadi" festival which falls on the first day of 'chaitra maasam' is is celebrated as 'New Year Day' by the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. I think even Gudi Padwa is celebrated on the same day by Maharashtrians. It may fall either in the month of March or April. This year it is on April 9th. Just thought of sharing the information.
