Yes, soul searching, a seasonal change too!
A poignantly layered one line haiku. The outer image seamlessly merging with the inner. Lovely interpretation by Amoolya. :)
I like this poem without knowing the reason I liked it. Amoolya has given a good interpretation.
Blue symbolises change and rebirth. Swallowtail butterflies are said to represent the free nature of the ineffable human soul and spiritually, they symbolise hope, change and life. So I suppose the poet suggests in the poem that the poet or someone else is undergoing a transformation in a positive way. In just a few syllables, a lovely poem has been delivered.
