haiku - tanka
silent night
raindrops trick the roof
into conversation
mulling over
the world's vanity
we photograph
our shadows to make sure
we have left a mark
rediscovering
myself after the shut down
menopause
a half-read book
with its pages open …
my mind wanders
into the dark alleys
of desires
